Abstract
L'invention concerne un instrument chirurgical comprenant un tube externe dans lequel un tube interne est logé rotatif. A son extrémité libre, le tube interne est pourvu d'un outil qui comprend une tête de fraise fixée sur le tube interne. L'instrument chirurgical selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que la zone d'extrémité de l'outil éloignée de la tête de fraise a un diamètre supérieur à celui du tube interne et forme une surface de palier lisse venant s'appuyer contre une surface interne du tube externe.
