Abstract

結晶化の遅い生分解性樹脂であるポリ３－ヒドロキシアルカノエート（ＰＨＡ）、とりわけポリ（３－ヒドロキシアルカノエート）（Ｐ３ＨＡ）の欠点である結晶化の遅さを改善し、射出成形、フイルム成形、ブロー成形、繊維の紡糸、押出発泡成形、ビーズ発泡成形などの加工における加工性を改善し、加工速度を向上するとともに、結晶の微小化により、加工品（成形品）の機械物性、透明性などを改善する。微生物から生産されるＰＨＡ、とりわけ、式　［－ＣＨＲ－ＣＨ２－ＣＯ－Ｏ－］（式中、ＲはＣｎＨ２ｎ＋１で表されるアルキル基で、ｎは１以上１５以下の整数である。）で示される繰り返し単位からなるＰ３ＨＡに、結晶核剤として糖アルコール類を添加する。
