Abstract
SH型弾性境界波を利用しており、煩雑な工法を採用せずとも、狭帯域のフィルタや共振子に適した電気機械結合係数を得ることができる弾性境界波装置を得る。
ほう酸リチウム系圧電単結晶基板2を用いており、該ほう酸リチウム系圧電単結晶基板2上にIDT4が形成されており、IDT4を覆うように誘電体3が形成されており、ほう酸リチウム系単結晶基板2と誘電体3との境界を伝搬するP+SV型の弾性境界波としてのストンリー波を利用しており、ほう酸リチウム系圧電単結晶基板2のオイラー角(φ,θ,ψ)が、図2、図6、図10、図14、図18、図22、図26、図30、図34、図38、図42、図46、図50、図54、図58、図62、図66、図70または図74のそれぞれにおいて、電気機械結合係数K2が0.4%であることを示す線及び該線よりも電気機械結合係数K2が高い領域内のいずれかにある、弾性境界波装置1。
