Abstract

　ＳＨ型弾性境界波を利用しており、煩雑な工法を採用することなく得ることができ、狭帯域のフィルタや共振子に適した電気機械結合係数を得ることができる弾性境界波装置を得る。 　ほう酸リチウム系圧電単結晶基板２を用いて形成されており、該ほう酸リチウム系圧電単結晶基板２上にＩＤＴ４が形成されており、ＩＤＴ４を覆うように誘電体３が形成されており、ほう酸リチウム系単結晶基板２と誘電体３との境界を伝搬するＳＨ型弾性境界波を利用しており、ほう酸リチウム系圧電単結晶基板２のオイラー角（φ，θ，ψ）が、図２、図６、図１０、図１４、図１８、図２２、図２６、図３０、図３４、図３８、図４２、図４６、図５０、図５４、図５８、図６２、図６６、図７０または図７４のそれぞれにおいて、電気機械結合係数Ｋ２が０．３％であることを示す線及び該線よりも電気機械結合係数Ｋ２が高い領域内のいずれかにある、弾性境界波装置１。
