Abstract

本願発明は、天然物由来で安全性が高く、更に、皮膚改善効果及び/又は治療効果が高く、製造特性が良い乳酸菌を含有する組成物及び発酵乳を提供するものであり、皮膚改善及び/又は治療に用いられるサーモフィルス菌 OLS3059(Streptococcus thermophilus OLS3059)の用途、サーモフィルス菌 OLS3059(Streptococcus thermophilus OLS3059)及び/又はその培養物を含有してなる皮膚改善用及び/又は治療用の組成物、前記組成物を含有することを特徴とする飲食品、ブルガリア菌(Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus)及びサーモフィルス菌 OLS3059(Streptococcus thermophilus OLS3059)を用いて調製した皮膚改善用及び/又は治療用の発酵乳、さらにコラーゲンペプチド及び/又はセラミドを含有することを特徴とする前記皮膚改善用及び/又は治療用の発酵乳に関するものである。
