Abstract

La présente invention concerne un processus pour obtenir une boisson alcoolisée faite de fruits et de jus de fruits naturels comprenant les étapes d'extraction du jus à partir des fruits ; de refroidissement du jus des fruits ; de formulation d'un mélange à basse température, contenant la boisson alcoolisée, du sucre naturel et/ou diététique, un jus de fruits et, éventuellement, de l'eau ; de découpage des fruits et de placement des morceaux de fruits dans un compartiment d'un sachet ; de placement d'une dose déterminée précédemment de la formulation de mélange dans un autre compartiment du sachet ; de fermeture et refroidissement du sachet. L'invention concerne encore une boisson alcoolisée à base de fruits et de jus de fruits naturels obtenue par le processus mentionné, ainsi qu'un équipement pour boisson alcoolisée à base de fruits et de jus de fruits naturels comprenant un sachet ayant au moins deux compartiments, où au moins un compartiment contient des morceaux de fruits au naturel, et au moins un autre compartiment contient un mélange préparé précédemment de la boisson alcoolisée, de sucre naturel et/ou diététique, de jus de fruits et éventuellement d'eau.
