Abstract

On décrit, dans un mode de réalisation particulier de l'invention, un système de glissière de sécurité comprenant une poutre de glissière de sécurité dont une partie de la longueur utile (LON) s'étend entre deux parties d'extrémité. Le système de glissière de sécurité comprend également une pluralité de montants de support espacés les uns des autres. Au moins une partie des montants de support comprend une partie inférieure servant à installer, au-dessous du niveau du sol et à proximité de la plate-forme, une partie médiane sensiblement adjacente au niveau du sol; et une partie supérieure couplée de façon libérable à la partie LON de la poutre de glissière de sécurité. La partie médiane présente une section déconsolidée pouvant être manipulée pour déconsolider le montant de support autour d'un premier axe sans modifier sensiblement la tenue du montant de support autour d'un second axe généralement perpendiculaire au premier axe.
