Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Doppelmetallcyanidkomplex-Katalysatoren der allgemeinen Fromel (I) M2a[M1(CN)rXt]b worin M2 vorzugsweise Co(III) oder Fe(III), und M1 vorzugsweise Zn(II) ist, X eine von Cyanid verschiedene Gruppe ist, die zu M1 eine koordinative Bindung ausbildet, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Carbonyl, Cyanat, Isocyanat, Nitril, Thiocyanat and Nitrosyl, a, b, r, t ganze Zahlen sind, die so gewählt sind, dass die Elektroneutralitätsbedingung erfüllt ist, durch Umsetzung von a) einer Cyanometallat-Wasserstoffsäure der allgemeinen Formel (II) Hw[M1(CN)r(X)t] worin M1 und X wie oben definiert sind, r und t wie oben definiert sind und w so gewählt ist, dass die Elektroneutralitätsbedingung erfüllt ist, mit b) einer leicht protolysierbaren Metallverbindung (IIIa) M2RW und/oder (IIIb) M2RuYv, worin M2 wie oben definiert ist, R unabhängig voneinander das Anion einer sehr schwachen Protonensäure mit einem pKs-Wert von ≥ 20 ist, und Y das Anion einer anorganischen Mineralsäure oder einer mässig starken bis starken organischen Säure mit einem pKs-Wert von -10 bis +10 ist, w der Wertigkeit von M2 entspricht, u + v der Wertigkeit von M2 entspricht, wobei u und v jeweils mindestens 1 sind, wobei die Umsetzung in einem nichtwässrigen, aprotonischen Lösungsmittel durchgeführt wird.
