Abstract

 硫酸アンモニウム等の多量の副生成物を生じさせることなくオキシム化合物の転位反応を進行させ、アミド又はラクタムを簡易かつ高い収率で製造する方法を提供する。  本発明のアミド又はラクタムの製造方法では、下記式(1) -Z-X (1) (式中、ZはP、N、S、B又はSi原子を示し、Xは脱離基を示す。ZはX以外に、1又は2以上の原子又は基と結合している) で示される構造を含む化合物の存在下、オキシム化合物を転位させ、対応するアミド又はラクタムを生成させる。この製造方法において、Xはハロゲン原子であってもよい。
