本实用新型涉及旋盖式容器密封结构， 具体是指一种旋盖式瓶盖结构。
背景技术
现有的旋盖式瓶盖， 广泛应用于日常生活中各类物品盛放容器的密封， 例 如各类饮料瓶、 药瓶、 酒瓶、 食用调料 （酱、 醋） 瓶等， 普遍都采用旋盖式瓶 盖。 当瓶盖旋紧时， 瓶盖内顶部的密封圈与瓶口顶端紧密接触， 形成一道密封， 将瓶子内外隔绝开来； 当瓶盖第一次旋转拧开时， 瓶盖底部的仿伪环与瓶口下 部外周面的突环顶接， 在突环施加的垂直顶止力作用下， 瓶盖底部的仿伪环与 瓶盖主体分离。
现有的旋盖式瓶盖结构， 盖体下端面与瓶口上的突环上端面没有接触， 其 存在的缺点是： 密封范围小， 不够安全、 卫生， 即当人们饮用或倾倒瓶内物品 时， 人的嘴部或瓶内液体通常会与瓶口顶端以下、 突环以上的部位进行接触， 而这个部位是在上述密封密封范围以外的， 并没有被密封保护， 这个部位在饮 料的生产、 运输、 库存、 销售的过程中有可能会被空气中的尘埃、 病菌或冷藏 液里的有害物质所污染， 从而对食用者的健康构成潜在的危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点与不足， 提供一种结构简 单， 实施方便， 密封范围大， 可以密封瓶口顶端以下、 突环以上部位的安全卫 生的旋盖式瓶盖结构。
本实用新型的目的通过下述方案实现： 本旋盖式瓶盖结构， 包括瓶口、 盖 体， 所述瓶口外周面与盖体内周面螺紋连接， 所述盖体内上端面与瓶口顶端之 间设有第一密封圈， 所述盖体下端连接有仿伪环， 所述瓶口下部外周面设有突 环， 所述突环嵌套于盖体下端与仿伪环组成的环槽内， 所述突环与盖体下端密 封连接。
为更好地实施本实用新型， 所述盖体下端与仿伪环连接处为外扩环形， 且 所述突环与盖体下端密封连接。
所述突环上端面与所述盖体下端面顶接。
所述突环通过至少一道第二密封圈与盖体下端密封连接， 所述第二密封圈 可以是独立的， 或者与盖体下端、 突环两者之一是一体的， 所述第二密封圈纵 剖面形状包括 V形、 U形、 矩形或梯形。 本实用新型的工作原理是： 所述盖体内上端面与瓶口顶端之间设有第一密 封圈形成上密封， 所述突环与盖体下端密封连接形成下密封， 从而使本旋盖式 瓶盖结构具有两道密封， 将所述瓶口顶端以下、 突环以上部位较好地密封保护 起来， 防止受到外部环境的污染。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有如下的下的优点及效果：
( 1 ) 安全卫生， 使用可靠， 本实用新型可以较好密封瓶口顶端以下、 突环 以上部位， 密封范围大， 可有效防止该食用者嘴部和瓶内液体通常接触的部位 受到污染， 大大提高了旋盖式瓶盖的安全、 卫生性能， 更好地保护食用者的身 体健康；
(2) 结构简单， 实施方便， 本实用新型的结构相对现有旋盖式瓶盖结构改 动不大， 使用本旋盖式瓶盖不需对现有的灌装生产线作大改动， 企业革新成本 低， 易于实施；
(3)应用范围广， 本实用新型的结构可广泛应用于具有较高密封要求的旋 盖式容器密封结构， 如各类饮料瓶、 药瓶、 酒瓶、 食用调料 （酱、 醋） 瓶等。

如图 1所示， 本旋盖式瓶盖结构， 包括瓶口 1、 盖体 2， 瓶口 1外周面与盖 体 2内周面螺紋连接， 盖体 2内上端面与瓶口 1顶端之间设有第一密封圈 3， 盖 体 2下端连接有仿伪环 4， 盖体 2下端与仿伪环 4连接处为外扩环形，瓶口 1下 部外周面设有突环 5， 突环 5嵌套于盖体下端与仿伪环 4组成的环槽 6内， 突环 5通过一道第二密封圈 7与盖体 2下端密封连接，第二密封圈 7与盖体 2下端是 一体的， 第二密封圈 7纵剖面形状包括 V形、 U形、 矩形或梯形。 实施例二
如图 2所示， 突环 5通过一道第二密封圈 7与盖体 2下端密封连接， 第二 密封圈 7与突环 5是一体的， 第二密封圈 7纵剖面形状包括 V形、 U形、矩形或 梯形， 其他结构同实施例一。
实施例三
如图 3所示， 突环 5通过两道第二密封圈 7与盖体 2下端密封连接， 第二 密封圈 7与盖体 2下端是一体的， 第二密封圈 7纵剖面形状包括 V形、 U形、矩 形或梯形， 其他结构同实施例一。
实施例四
如图 4所示， 突环 5通过一道第二密封圈 7与盖体 2下端密封连接， 第二 密封圈 7是独立的， 其纵剖面形状包括 V形、 U形、 矩形或梯形， 其他结构同实 施例一。
实施例五
如图 5所示， 突环 5上端面与盖体 2下端面顶接， 接触面是一平面， 其他 结构同实施例一。
实施例六
如图 6所示， 突环 5上端面与盖体 2下端面顶接， 接触面是一斜面， 其他 结构同实施例一。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种旋盖式瓶盖结构， 包括瓶口、 盖体， 所述瓶口外周面与盖体内周面 螺紋连接， 所述盖体内上端面与瓶口顶端之间设有第一密封圈， 所述盖体下端 连接有仿伪环， 所述瓶口下部外周面设有突环， 所述突环嵌套于盖体下端与仿 伪环组成的环槽内， 其特征在于： 所述突环与盖体下端密封连接。
2、 按权利要求 1所述一种旋盖式瓶盖结构， 其特征在于： 所述盖体下端与 仿伪环连接处为外扩环形， 且所述突环与盖体下端密封连接。
3、 按权利要求 1或 2所述一种旋盖式瓶盖结构， 其特征在于： 所述突环上 端面与所述盖体下端面顶接。
4、 按权利要求 1或 2所述一种旋盖式瓶盖结构， 其特征在于： 所述突环通 过至少一道第二密封圈与盖体下端密封连接。
5、 按权利要求 4所述一种旋盖式瓶盖结构， 其特征在于： 所述第二密封圈 是独立的， 或者与盖体下端、 突环两者之一是一体的。
6、 按权利要求 4所述一种旋盖式瓶盖结构， 其特征在于： 所述第二密封圈 纵剖面形状包括 V形、 U形、 矩形或梯形。
