"TAMPãO NãO RECARREGáVEL PARA GARRAFAS DE BEBIDA". O tampão não recarregável é caracterizado pelo fato de que um elemento de fechamento tubular especial formando um corpo tubular que é conectado com e circunda a parte superior do gargalo da garrafa ter um flange saliente superior e um flange saliente inferior respectivamente que são pressionados para dentro pela ação da cobertura laminar externa, que podem ser deslocados verticalmente durante a operação de abertura do tampão, de maneira que os ditos flanges, em virtude de sua disposição comprimida, assim sobressaem de forma resiliente para o exterior quando são liberados pela cobertura laminar, e previnem que a dita cobertura laminar externa volte a baixar, os ditos flanges sendo permanentemente visíveis e demonstrando a abertura prévia do tampão da garrafa.
