Abstract

Es wird ein gebautes Zahnrad vorgeschlagen, bei dem die Zähne (1) und ein Zahnradkörper (17) aus verschiedenen Materialien hergestellt werden. Dadurch ist es möglich, mit geringem Aufwand an Vorrichtungen und Maschinen hochbelastbare Zahnräder kostengünstig herzustellen, wobei die erfindungsgemäßen Zahnräder in der Regel noch sehr viel leichter bauen als konventionelle, aus einem Werkstück hergestellte, Zahnräder.
