Abstract

L'invention concerne un bloc massif de pâte de gypse ou de plâtre, à languette et rainure et chanfreiné, destiné à la construction de cloisonnages intérieurs, ainsi que des moules destinés à leur fabrication, le bloc se caractérisant par les chanfreins au niveau de ses arêtes extérieures. Les chanfreins au niveau des arêtes du système à languette et rainure forment un ensemble trapézoïdal qui facilite la mise en place du bloc sur un chantier et permet d'ajuster les blocs et d'obtenir un ensemble plus compact. Les chanfreins au niveau des arêtes des faces du bloc permettent d'éviter la formation de fissures au niveau des structures des chantiers. Comme aucune colle spéciale n'est utilisée pour la mise en place du bloc, il est nécessaire d'humidifier le bloc au préalable pour optimiser et faciliter son procédé de mise en place. Les chanfreins s'emboîtent une fois les nervures et les rainures réunies et une fois le poids total des hourdis atteint.
