Abstract

The invention relates to a solid block of gypsum or plaster, which is tongued-and-grooved and bevelled and which is intended for the construction of interior partition walls, and to the moulds used to produce said block. The invention is characterised in that all of the peripheral edges of the block are bevelled. According to the invention, the edges of the tongued-and-grooved block are bevelled such as to produce a trapezoidal form which can be used to facilitate the positioning of the block, to adjust said block and to render same more compact in construction. In addition, the bevelling of the peripheral edges of the faces of the block prevents structural cracking in constructions. Since no special cements are used, the block must be positioned while moist in order to optimise and speed up the process. The bevels are joined together during the cavity closure process and once the total weight of the slabs has been formed.

BLOQUE MACIZO DE PASTA DE YESO O ESCAYOLA ,MACHIHEMBRADO Y BISELADO.PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE TABIQUERIA INTERIOR Y MOLDES PARA SU FABRICACIÓN. MACIZO BLOCK OF PLASTER PASTE OR ESCAYOLA, MACHIHEMBRADO AND BEZELING. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF INTERIOR BOARD AND MOLDS FOR MANUFACTURING.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

La presente invención , según se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva , se refiere a un bloque macizo de pasta de yeso ó escayola ,fabricado por moldeo y cuyos moldes poseen un diseño interior, que permite obtener bloques con una configuración perimetral machihembrada y BISELADA, aportando ventajas en la construcción de tabiquería interior.The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a solid block of gypsum paste or plaster, manufactured by molding and whose molds have an interior design, which allows to obtain blocks with a tongue and groove perimeter configuration and BEZELED , providing advantages in the construction of interior partition walls.

ANTECEDENTESBACKGROUND

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN El bloque referido en la presente invención, se fabrica por moldeo , configurado a partir de un cuerpo metálico pris mático rectangular, con un separador central, que divide al molde en dos zonas simétricas , constituyendo el conjunto y como referente, un molde duplo, del que se obtendrán bloques de dos en dos . MODO DE REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTEPREFERRED EMBODIMENT
