Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de tourbillonnement de fils continus multiples. Ce dispositif comprend un canal (4) destiné au guidage du fil et où aboutit, sur le côté, au moins une buse soufflante (5) destinée à souffler de l'air comprimé. Le fil tourbillonnant est guidé dans le canal de telle façon qu'il touche la paroi du canal, avant et après la zone d'aboutissement de la buse soufflante (5) et s'étende, en amont et en aval, à une certaine distance de la paroi du canal. Selon l'invention, pour améliorer les résultats de tourbillonnement reproductibles, la paroi de canal est dotée de protubérances (6a, 6b), au niveau de la zone d'aboutissement de la buse soufflante (5), notamment avant et après la buse soufflante (5), vu dans le sens de défilement du fil. Ces protubérances font légèrement saillie dans la section transversale du canal et guident le fil tourbillonnant avant et après la buse soufflante (5) à une faible distance de la paroi du canal.
