Abstract

L'emballage laminaire pour cornets de glace, est du type constitué d'un corps laminaire, à base d'un ensemble papier aluminium qui configure un cornet (5) coïncidant en forme et en dimensions avec le cornet de glace qu'il doit loger à l'intérieur. Ce cornet présente un retrait (8) à configuration angulaire situé au niveau du bord de fermeture (6) et formant, dans la zone immédiatement supérieure à ce retrait, une patte de déchirement (10) qui reste à l'intérieur par rapport au bord de fermeture (6). Le vertex (11) de ce retrait angulaire (8) constitue un élément de guidage qui facilite le déchirement de l'emballage. Eventuellement, le corps laminaire qui configure le cornet (5) peut présenter une ligne circonférentielle de déchirement (15) située sous l'ailette (13) de traction et définissant une ligne de déchirement de l'emballage lors de l'ouverture de celui-ci. Une ligne de déchirement (18) sort de cette ligne de déchirement circonférentielle (15) parallèle et contiguë à la bande d'adhésif (17). Cette seconde ligne de déchirement (18) est destinée à interrompre un possible déstratifié entre le papier et l'aluminium pendant le procédé d'ouverture.
