Description

Container-Innenbehälter zum Transport von Lysin Inner container for the transport of lysine

The present invention relates to the use of an inner container (inliner) known per se, which is attached in a container, for transporting lysine in this container.

Lysine is an amino acid that is produced in large quantities and is mainly used as a feed additive. It is accessible via various synthetic routes and is generally used in the form of the L enantiomer. With quantities of over 50,000 tonnes sold annually, it is obvious that it is desirable to pack the material for transportation so that it can be easily loaded and unloaded. It should be noted that lysine must not become soiled during transport and especially during loading and unloading. Another problem is that lysine is very hygroscopic and quickly clumps into hard chunks when water is absorbed. The lysine must therefore be packaged so that it cannot draw water from the outside.

A large part of the lysine is sold in paper bags, but only a comparatively small amount can be packaged and sold per bag. A large amount of packaging material is therefore necessary, and it cannot be reused. Each paper sack has to be cut individually, which also ties up a large amount of labor.

Another part of the lysine is sold in so-called big bags. These are sacks with a large capacity, generally made of polypropylene. For transport on the road, such sacks are either cut open and the contents emptied into silo containers; alternatively, the sacks themselves can also be transported in containers. However, the big bags are difficult to stack, which creates a high dead volume in the container. The use of large containers is necessary, which increases the transportation costs.

The object of the present invention is to provide a means of transport with which lysine can be transported easily and without picking up dirt, in particular the means of transport can be easily loaded and unloaded without a great deal of work being necessary. The lysine should not pollute. This object is achieved by using an inner container for the transport of lysine in a container. The inner container with top and bottom, rear and front side and two long sides made of coated woven polypropylene or a material with comparable properties has the following features:

jeweils mindestens eine Manschette am oberen und unteren Ende der Rückseite zum Fixieren und Sichern des Innenbehalters in dem Containerat least one cuff each at the top and bottom of the back for fixing and securing the inner container in the container

gegebenenfalls eine Manschette, die an der Frontseite am oberen oder unteren Ende angebracht ist und zum Fixieren des Innenbehälters in dem Container dientoptionally a sleeve, which is attached to the front at the upper or lower end and serves to fix the inner container in the container

mindestens eine Einfüllöffhung an der Frontseite, wobei diese EinfMöffhung am oberen Ende der Frontseite angebracht istat least one filling opening on the front side, this opening being provided at the upper end of the front side

At least one removal opening on the front side, this removal opening being provided at the lower end of the front side

zwei entlang den Seiten der Frontseite angebrachte Riemen, die jeweils mindestens eine Schnalle aufweisen, die zum Einhängen von Stahlstäben dienen.two straps attached along the sides of the front, each with at least one buckle that is used to hang steel rods.

Preferred embodiments of the inner container used according to the invention can be found in the subclaims and are described below.

Instead of the woven polypropylene, a material with the same or similar properties can be used, in particular with a corresponding material stability and tear resistance. Examples of materials that can be used instead of woven polypropylene are polyethylene and mixed polyethylene / polypropylene fabrics. The preferred material is woven polypropylene.

The sleeves, which are attached to the back of the inner container, serve to fix and secure the inner container in the container. They are often made of the same material as the container itself, preferably the material thickness in the cuffs is higher. The fixing and securing can be done for example by hanging on suitable devices in the container or hanging steel bars fixed in the container or wooden boards. One or more cuffs can also be located on the front. The inner container has at least one fill opening on the front for loading material. This is attached to the upper end so that it can be completely filled with lysine. The filling opening has a shape, size and design suitable for infestation. For example, it can be extendable and / or resealable.

There is also at least one removal opening on the front, which is located at the lower end of the front, to ensure easy and complete removal. The removal opening can be pulled out and is designed, for example, in the form of a hose. This enables exact filling of the lysine emerging from the openings. The removal opening can be closed again, advantageously by means of a Velcro fastener, for example the fasteners sold under the name Velcro®.

On the front of the inner container there is a belt running along the entire length of the front on each side. These straps each have at least one buckle. The buckles are used to fix one or more steel rods that can be attached to the container. The buckles can preferably be opened and closed again, which ensures easy insertion of the steel rods. The steel rods serve to position the inner container in the container and to absorb the pressure that the lysine in the container exerts on the front side of the inner container after the container has been opened. In particular, a large pressure must be absorbed when the container is tilted, that is to say raised on the closed side, in order to enable the lysine to be removed more easily and completely. There is at least one buckle, preferably at least two buckles, on the straps on each side length of the front. In a preferred embodiment, a hose eyelet is attached between the buckles on the front of the inner container, through which the steel rod is pulled. This makes it easy to position the inner container, as the height of the steel bars can generally be adjusted. These hose eyelets can also advantageously be opened and closed again.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, devices are attached to the upper and / or lower longitudinal sides of the inner container with which the container can be fixed in the container. These can be cords, for example, which are firmly incorporated into the material of the container, or also eyelets, in which suitable fastening means such as cords or snap hooks and the like can be confiscated. Such fixation devices can also be attached to the upper and / or lower front and / or the rear.

The inner container used according to the invention is generally composed of at least 6 panels of fabric which are connected to one another in a suitable manner, for example by sewing or gluing. In a preferred embodiment, the inner container used according to the invention has seams that are impermeable to dust. This can be done, for example, in that the seams are triple-stitched, with two external threads and one internal continuous thread.

After the inner container has been placed in the container intended for transport, the lysine is filled in through the filling opening (s). After transport or shipping, the lysine is removed from the inner container via the pull-out and reclosable opening (s). Since the opening (s) can be pulled out, the lysine can be brought to a specific location, for example a barrel or a sack, by pivoting the pulling opening. An easy removal of the lysine is often possible by tilting the container to the side where the removal opening of the container is located.

In contrast to the transport of big bags in a container, there is little dead volume when using the inner container according to the invention. For example, when using the inner container to transport 20 t of lysine, a 20-foot container is required, while when the big bags are being transported, a 40-foot container is required to transport the same amount of lysine.

The invention is now illustrated in the following example, which shows a preferred embodiment of the inner container used according to the invention.

The inner container 1 consists of webs of woven polypropylene, which are connected to one another via seams, for example the seam 2. The seams are preferably dustproof. On the rear side 3 of the inner container 1 there is an upper sleeve 4 for fastening the inner container in the container, for example with a steel rod. At the lower end of the back 3, a lower sleeve 5 is attached, which serves to fix the inner container 1. Instead of a steel rod, the fixation can also be achieved using suitable other fastening means, such as a wooden board. On the upper and lower longitudinal sides 6a, 6b there are cords 7 on both sides attached with which the inner container 1 can be fixed in the container. At the front 8 there are inlet openings 9; these are attached to the upper end of the front 8. There are also outlet openings 10 at the bottom of the front. These can be pulled out and opened and closed again by means of a Velcro strip 11. A belt 12 runs on both sides of the front side. Buckles 13 are provided on the belt with which steel rods can be fixed. The steel rods serve to absorb the pressure exerted by the lysine after the container has been opened and in particular tipped. The straps extend beyond the end of the front side and can be used to position the inner container. Positioning can also be achieved using steel rods inserted into the buckles. This is particularly easily possible through the hose eyelet 14, which receives the steel rod. The inner container can be fixed in the container by a sleeve 15 at the lower end of the front side 8.
