Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de doublage servant à produire une pièce moulée F et comprenant les étapes suivantes : surmoulage par injection, surmoulage par compression ou moulage par compression d'une couche support (1b) présentant de la mousse, pour former un corps moulé (1); application d'une couche de colle (2) sur la surface libre de la couche support (1b) et collage sur cette dernière d'un élément décoratif (3) constitué de préférence de cuir. Ce procédé permet de manière très simple de conférer un toucher moelleux (soft touch) à des pièces moulées F présentant une surface décorative.
