Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble aiguille à ponction-biopsie (10) constitué d'une canule externe (1) et d'une canule interne (2). La canule externe (1) présente un orifice externe (14), la canule interne (2) présentant un orifice interne (12). La canule interne (2) est capable de rotation par rapport à la canule externe (1) de façon que l'ensemble aiguille (10) se présente, d'une part en position ouverte, l'orifice interne (12) étant dans le prolongement l'orifice externe (14), et d'autre part une position fermée, la canule externe (1) recouvrant l'orifice interne (12). En position fermée, l'ensemble aiguille peut s'introduire dans le corps du patient pour le prélèvement tissulaire. Une fois que l'ensemble aiguille est correctement introduit, il est possible de le mettre en position ouverte, puis, soit de décider de continuer à continuer l'introduction et de refermer pour prélever l'échantillon tissulaire, soit de décider de fermer pour prélever dès lors l'échantillon tissulaire.
