Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de sécurité pour véhicules, notamment des véhicules automobiles, ce système protégeant les véhicules contre un usage non autorisé. Le système comprend un récepteur radio (2), lequel est disposé dans le véhicule, pour recevoir un signal radio émis avec une zone de couverture immédiate et pour générer un signal de commutation lors de la réception d'un signal codé destiné au récepteur radio. Le récepteur radio est en liaison fonctionnelle avec un module émetteur (6) et forme un premier sous-ensemble (1) possédant une alimentation en courant indépendante du système électrique du véhicule. Le signal de commutation produit par le récepteur radio est transmis à un module émetteur en vue de l'émission d'impulsions transmises sans fil, qui sont reçues par au moins un deuxième sous-ensemble (10), mais avantageusement par une pluralité de sous-ensembles. Ces deuxièmes sous-ensembles, éloignés du premier sous-ensemble, comportent un module récepteur (12) destiné à recevoir les impulsions provenant du module émetteur, ce module récepteur produisant des signaux de sortie qui amènent un dispositif de commande à déclencher une alarme (17) et/ou à interrompre au moins une fonction de service (20) du véhicule. Le premier module est disposé en un point inaccessible dans le véhicule. Les deuxièmes sous-ensembles sont situés dans la région des dispositifs de commande essentiels au fonctionnement du véhicule et coopèrent avec ceux-ci.
