Abstract

Bei der Zellstoffkochung ist für die Produktqualität und/oder Produktausbeute die Bestimmung des Endpunktes der Kochzeit entscheidend. Dies erfolgt erfindungsgemäß durch eine Inline-Messung des pH-Wertes und gegebenenfalls der Farbe der Kochsäure während der Kochung. Das Verfahren kann sowohl bei diskontinuierlich arbeitenden als auch bei kontinuierlich arbeitenden Zellstoffkochern angewendet werden. Eine Anordnung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens mit geeigneten Sensoren zur Online-Messung von wenigstens dem pH-Wert hat eine Auswerteeinrichtung mit einem Rechner (70), wobei der Rechner (70) aus den Meßgrößen bzw. deren zeitlichen Verlauf die Kochzeit bestimmt.
