Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Freisetzung und Isolierung von Nukleinsäuren aus biologischen Kompartimenten einer Probe benutzt ein Gerät, welches zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Probenbearbeitungsgefäße, zur Thermostatisierung der Probenbearbeitungsgefäße, zum Schütteln der Probenbearbeitungsgefäße und zur magnetischen Abscheidung von Magnetpartikeln geeignet ist. Hierdurch wird die Isolierung von Nukleinsäuren wesentlich vereinfacht.

GEÄNDERTE ANSPRÜCHE
[beim Internationalen Büro am 30. September 1996 (30.09.96) eingegangen; ursprünglicher Anspruch 5 geändert; alle weiteren Ansprüche unverändert (1 Seite)]
System zur Freisetzung und Isolierung mit Magnetpartikeln enthaltend die Komponenten
- eine Aufnahmeeinheit (10, 100) zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Probenbearbei¬ tungsgefäße (A),
- eine Thermostatoreinheit (20) zur Thermostatisierung der Probenbearbeitungsge- faße (A) und der darin enthaltenen Flüssigkeiten,
- einen Schuttler(30) zum Schuttein der Probenbearbeitungsgefaße (A),
- einen Abscheider (40) zur magnetischen Abscheidung der Magnetpartikel an einer Wand jedes Probenbearbeitungsgefaßes (A),
in aufeinander abgestimmter Kopplung
6. System gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zusatzlich eine Pumpen¬ einheit (50) zur Entfernung von Flüssigkeit aus dem Probenbearbeitungsgefaß (A) enthalt
7 System gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abscheider (40) und die Aufnahmeeinheit (10) relativ zueinander beweglich gelagert sind
8. System gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Probenbearbeitungsge¬ faß (A) eine untere Auslaßoffnung (Al l ) aufweisen, die mit einer Saugvorrichtung verbunden ist oder verbunden werden kann
9 System gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Vielzahl von Probenbearbeitungsgefaßen (A) enthalt
10 System gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinheit (10, 100) durch einen Exzenterantrieb innerhalb einer Ebene bewegt wird, die im wesent¬ lichen senkrecht zur Achse des bzw der Probenbearbeitungsgefaße ist
1 1 System gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Thermostatoreinheit eine Widerstandsheizung sowie ein Peltierelement beinhaltet
