Abstract

Un procédé de production d'une matière en bois-plastique, de préférence sous forme de plaque, à partir des particules de bois sans liant, consiste à former un paquet des particules en bois entre une matrice (1) et un poinçon (2), à rendre hermétique le volume (4) renfermant le paquet avec son humidification préliminaire, à chauffer jusqu'à une température égale ou supérieure à 150 °C, à stabiliser la pression du mélange du vapeur-gaz remplissant le volume hermétique et à faire sortir le mélange de vapeur-gaz de la totalité de la surface de la matière en bois-plastique par des canaux (3) avant relâchement de la pression de formage.
