Abstract

Un ADN de plasmide recombinant pPR-IFNbeta1-13, codant pour la synthèse d'interféron-beta1 humain, présente une dimension de 3,9 k.b.p. et est constitué par les éléments suivants: BamHI-BglII, un fragment d'une taille de 3,4 k.b.p. de vecteur de plasmide obtenu sur la base de pPR40 et pML24, EcoRI-Sau3A, un fragment de plasmide pINbeta-trp 7 d'une taille de 510 b.p. deposé le 12.01.87 sous le No. 1825 à la collection de cultures de l'Institut de Recherches Soviétique pour les antibiotiques. Un procédé de construction de l'ADN de plasmides précité comprend la construction préliminaire du vecteur de plasmide pPR124B, puis la construction du plasmide intermédiaire pPR-IFNbeta1-123 suivie de la construction du plasmide pPR-IFNbeta1-13. Une souche de bactéries Escherichia coli VNIIGENETIKA VL 903 (pPR-IFNbeta1-13) à titre de producteur d'interféron-beta1 humain a été déposée le 12.01.87 sous le No. 1825 à la collection de cultures de l'Institut de Recherches Soviétique pour les antibiotiques.
