Compuestos de formula (I): o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptable, donde R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 a y b son como se definen en la memoria, composiciones conteniéndolos utiles para tratamiento de afeccion mediada por actividad antagonista de bomba de ácido, tales como, pero no limitado a, enfermedades gastrointestinal, gastroesofágica, reflujo gastroesofágico (ERGE), reflujo laringofaríngeo, ulcera péptica, ulcera gástrica, ulcera duodenal, ulceras inducidas por AINE, gastritis, infeccion por Helicobacter pylori, dispepsia, dispepsia funcional, síndrome de Zollinger-ellison, reflujo no erosivo (ERNE), dolor visceral, cáncer, acidez, náuseas, esofagitis, disfagia, hipersalivacion, trastornos de las vías aéreas y asma.
