UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE William H. Gerth, New York, N. Y., assignor to Oneida Ltd., Oneida, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William H. Gerth, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, inwhich:

Figure 1 is a front view of a spoon showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a back view of the spoon; and

Figures 3, 4, and 5 are sections taken on the respective lines 3-3; 4-4 and 5-5 of Figure 1.

The essential features of my design for a spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle shown in full lines in combination with the ornamentation applied thereto.

Iclaim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
