STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Grosvenor N. Allen and William H. Gerth, Oneida, N. Y., assignors to Oneida Ltd., Oneida, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Grosvenor N. Allen and William H. Gerth, citizens of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a front view of a spoon showing our new design;

Figure 2 is a back view of the spoon; and

Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6 are sections taken on the respective lines 3-3; 44; 55 and 6-6 of Figure 1.

The essential feature of our new design is the ornamentation on the handle of the spoon or similar article.

We claim: The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described,
