PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Application February 10, 1942, Serial No. 105,739

Be it known that we, Grosvenor N. Allen, citizen of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison, State of New York, and William H. Gerth, citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Artible, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a plan view of a spoon showing our new design; and

Figures 2 and 3 are cross sections taken on the lines 22 and 3-3 respectively of Figure 1.

The essential feature of our new design is the ornamentation on the handle of the spoon or similar article.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
