Abstract
Совмещенный процесс непрерывной разливки и прокатки, а также установка для изготовления горячекатаной металлической полосы, в частности, стальной полосы (7), с высоким качеством поверхности из отлитых непрерывных или плоских тонких слябов, где для удаления окалины применяется устройство роторного типа. Для использования наравне с применением роторного удаления окалины параметров непрерывной разливки, не используемых ранее, кристаллизатор (9) с гидравлическим приводом (9а) перемещается по нескольким разным траекториям (16, 17, 18) возвратно-поступательного движения, а глубокая очистка от отпечатков возвратно-поступательного движения достигается установкой для каждой отлитой заготовки определенной оптимальной формы траектории возвратно-поступательного движения.
