Abstract
Un procedimiento y una instalacion de laminado de colada continua para fabricar una banda (7) de metal laminada en caliente, especialmente de material de acero, con alta calidad de superficie a partir de barras (2, 2a) delgadas planas o desbastes planos colados en el procedimiento de colada continua, se emplean para el descascarillado basándose en el descascarillado con rotor. Para incluir, además de la aplicacion del descascarillado giratorio, parámetros de colada continua hasta ahora no considerados, la coquilla (9) de colada continua oscilada de manera hidráulica se conduce en varias curvas (16, 17, 18) de oscilacion diferentes y la limpieza en profundidad de la marcas de oscilacion se realiza mediante el ajuste del curso (16a, 17a, 18a) de la oscilacion determinado como optimo para cada material de colada.
