Abstract
Винахід належить до способу одержання штучного гібридного насіння, який передбачає схрещування двох батьківських рослин, причому одна батьківська рослина містить у своєму геномі конструкцію рекомбінантної ДНК, яка включає промотор, функціонально зв’язаний з ДНК, яка транскрибується в РНК, яка містить білок, який забезпечує стійкість до гербіциду та ділянку розпізнавання мкРНК, яка розпізнається зрілою мкРНК та супресує експресію вказаного білка у репродуктивній тканині, що забезпечує стерильність зазначеної батьківської рослини. Винахід також належить до індуцибельно стерильних трансгенних рослин, потомства таких рослин та конструкції рекомбінантної ДНК, яка забезпечує зазначену стерильність.
