Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgy. An exothermal mix for producing thermit high-speed steel P12L contains w/w: metal chromium or FX65-7A ferrochromium – 2.4-3.3 (3.8-5.1), C40L10 silicocalcium and FC65AL ferrosilicon – 1.5-2.0, 75 %ferrovanadium – 1.2-1.9, carbon – 1.3-1.6, molybdenum – 0.6-0.8, tungsten oxide – 15.2-17.0, sulfur and phosphorus – not more than 0.02, aluminium powder grade of PA-3-PA-6 – 18.3-19.4 and iron scale as waste forge and rolled productions –51,78-59,48. The invention allows to obtain high-speed steel P12L at minimum sintering of alloying components.
