Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgy. An exothermal mix for producing thermit high-speed steel P18л contains w/w: metal chromium or FX65-7A ferrochromium – 2.5-5.2, C40L10 silicocalcium and FC65AL3.5 ferrosilicon – 1.5-2.0, 75 %ferrovanadium – 1,1-1,4, carbon – 1.3–1.5, molybdenum – 0.6-0.8, tungsten oxide – 18.7-23.1, ferroaluminium thermit (mix of iron scale as waste forge and rolled productions and aluminium as grind of aluminium cuttingsthe rest. The invention allows to obtain high-speed steel P18L at minimum sintering of alloying components.
