Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgy. An exothermal mix for producing thermit high-speed steel P10K5F5L contains w/w: metal chromium or FX65-7A ferrochromium– 3.4-4.5 (5,3-6,9), C40L10 silicocalcium of and FC65AL3.5 ferrosilicon – 1.5-2.0, 75 %ferrovanadium – 5.1-6.9, carbon – 2.3-2.6, cobalt – 4.9-6.1, molybdenum – 0.6-0.8, tungsten oxide – 9.8-13.2, sulfur and phosphorus – not more than 0.02, aluminium powder grade of PA-3-PA-6 – 16.4-19.9 and iron scale as waste forge and rolled productions –the rest. The invention allows to produce high-speed steel P10K5FL at minimum sintering of alloying components.
