Abstract
An activator of nanodisperse composite polymer blends comprises a vertically mounted airtight cylindrical container formed by an upper cylindrical section with a lid equipped with a left, central and right inlet pipes with plug valves respectively and a lower cylindrical section with a bottom mounted on shock absorbers, equipped with a central outlet pipe with a plug valve, between which by sealing and damping ring gaskets a membrane with holes near the inner wall surface of the upper cylindrical section and holes along the perimeter centrally is horizontally placed and rigidly fastened from its upper side of a magnetostrictive transducer and holes that coincide with holes of similarly fixed from the same side annular central cylindrical concentrator with central inlets from its upper side, which is surrounded by an annular concentrator. The annular cylindrical concentrator is provided with a central hole for removing residual suspension at the end of the operation of the installation and holes, which coincide with the openings of a spherical concentrator provided with a central outlet opening.
