Abstract

An activator of composite polymer suspensions comprises a sealed container with a lid vertically mounted on shock absorbers equipped with a central inlet with a plug valve and a bottom with a central outlet pipe equipped with a plug valve, above which between circular cushioning and sealing gaskets a membrane with concave central portion is horizontally placed, on which from the upper side a ball concentrator is rigidly fixed, in the open upper part of which a funnel-shaped hollow cone concentrator is rigidly centrally secured with a central hole in the rounded vertex turned downwards. In the lower part from the inner side a magnetostrictive transducer is similarly secured, around the base of which holes are located, which coincide with the similar holes of membrane and the holes in upper part of the concentrator, and from the upper central part of the membrane around the spherical membrane an annular concentrator of trapezoidal section is secured, in front of which and on which the holes are located. From the lower side of the membrane a central circular concentrator is centrally and rigidly secured on its concave side and concentrators of trapezoidal shape and reduced height from the central axis.
