Abstract
An activating mixer for composite polymer suspensions comprises a vertically mounted cylindrical tank with a lid equipped with a central inlet pipe with a plug valve. Inside the tank, above the bottom with a central outlet pipe and a plug valve located on the shock absorbers a membrane is horizontally mounted, to which a magnetostrictive transducer is rigidly and centrally attached from below, and from above - a tubular concentrator. The concentrator has upper openings, in which by a bent portion a hollow conical concentrator-distributor with convex sides is rigidly and centrally attached. From the upper side of the membrane with a gap to outside of an annular tubular concentrator an annular concentrator is rigidly arranged, from the inner side of which with a gap to the inner side of tank an annular sealing and damping pad is located. The central concentrator tightly fits to the outer side of tubular annular concentrator and is rigidly and centrally secured to the upper side of membrane.
