Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу и установке для термической обработки титаносодержащего твердого материала. Для этой цели мелкозернистый титаносодержащий твердый материал нагревают до температуры от 700 °С до 1000 °С в реакторе с циркулирующим псевдоожиженным слоем и частично выгружают из этого реактора вместе с отработанными газами в сепаратор, включенный за реактором. В этом сепараторе титаносодержащий твердый материал отделяют от отработанных газов и по меньшей мере частично и/или пофазно возвращают в реактор. За реактором и/или сепаратором предусмотрен впрыскивающий охладитель, где указанный твердый материал охлаждают до температуры ниже 25 °С путем впрыскивания хладагента.
