Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for behandling av fast materiale, særlig søppel og av- fall, eventuelt biologisk masse i slam- form, idet behandlingen foregår ved høyere temperaturer og under gjenvinn- ing av varme, samtidig med at de pro- sessgasser som genereres blir avkjølte. Avfallet behandles ved høy temperatur ved bunnristforbrenning, og den frem- bragte varme brukes for produksjon av overopphetet damp i en separat kjøler (8) for det materiale som bringes i sirkulasjon.
