Abstract

Изобретение касается прокатной клети, которая состоит из четырех колонн (1) станины, которые неподвижно соединены с опорной плитой (6) и в которых неподвижно в осевом направлении расположены с возможностью вращения ходовые валы (3), верхние и нижние концы которых оборудованы противоходной резьбой и на которых расположены верхняя и нижняя траверсы (4, 5), и с помощью которых можно регулировать с противоходом относительно друг друга комплекты валков. Причем между нижней подушкой (8) опорного валка и нижней траверсой (5) расположен исполнительный цилиндр (7) короткого хода для создания усилия прокатывания. При этом колонны (1) станины одновременно служат как направляющие для подушек (2) валков и для размещения блоков сгибания.
