Abstract
Изобретение касается предохранительной муфты для защиты от перегрузки, в частности, для трансмиссий главных приводов прокатных клетей, которая перекрывает участок 1 шпинделя, обеспеченный зубчатой резьбой, и участок 6, образованный глухой посадкой. Чтобы осуществить комбинацию предохранительной муфты от осевой перегрузки с устройством для фиксации против прокручивания при перегрузке от кручения, она выполнена с поворотно-скользящей втулкой 3, которая одним концом принимает с возможностью осевого перемещения участок 1 шпинделя с внутренней зубчатой резьбой, и другим концом охватывает с глухой посадкой участок 6 шпинделя с внутренней втулкой 4, и своим задним продолжением, которое имеет форму втулки, с помощью распорной втулки 5 с зазором 14, который распирается рабочей жидкостью, образует в случае перегрузки податливое фрикционное соединение без возможности прокручивания. Для осуществления комбинации предохранительной муфты от осевой перегрузки с устройством для фиксации против прокручивания при перегрузке от кручения участок 1 шпинделя выполнен с участком 2 жесткой опоры, участок 6 шпинделя выполнен с участком 8 плавающей опоры.
