Abstract
A device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magneto-elastic sensor with sensor with open flat-topped magnetic conductor, excitation winding on magnetic conductor, direct current power supply source, smoothening filter connected with the output to excitation winding, time relay with contact group and two control chains, measuring and signaling block connected to a pair of contacts of contact group of time relay, flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field connected to the input of the measuring and signaling block. a rod magnetic writing head is used as an open flat-topped magnetic conductor, and flux-gate meters are used as a flux-sensitive transducer of magnetic field, those are placed along the generatrix of the ferromagnetic construction in cylindrical form at the opposite side in front of the poles of the rod magnetic writing head and in its inter-pole spaces.
