Abstract

A device for the determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magneto-elastic sensor with magnetic writing head, direct current power supply source, smoothening filter, time relay with contact group and two control chains, measuring and signaling unit connected to a pair of contacts of the contact group of time relay, each of pole tips of the closed magnetic conductor of the magnetic writing head is provided with write winding, signaling winding and arranged with through openings where two excitation windings in each are placed. The signal windings and excitation windings are connected to the input of the measuring and signaling unit. The device has a closed magnetic conductor of the E-shaped magnetic writing head, additional pole tip of that one is provided with an additional write winding and additional signal winding, and arranged with through openings where two additional excitation windings are placed. Additional windings are connected in series to respective main windings. Source of alternating decaying current is included, this is connected to the write windings and time relay with additional contact group and the third control circuit.
