Abstract

A device for the determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magneto-elastic sensor with magnetic writing head, direct current power supply source, smoothening filter, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, measuring and signaling block connected to a pair of contacts of a contact group of time relay, each of the pole tips of an open magnetic conductor of magnetic writing head is provided with a writing head, signal winding, and is arranged with through openings where two excitation windings in each are placed. The signal windings and excitation windings are connected to the input of the measuring and signaling block, the open magnetic conductor of the magnetic writing head is arranged in E form, its additional pole tip is provided with an additional writing head and additional signal winding, and is arranged with through openings where two additional excitation windings are placed. The additional windings are in series connected to respective main windings. Three double-gap flux-sensitive reading heads are used, those are placed at the opposite side of ferromagnetic construction in front of the centers of the poles of the writing head in E form, and two single-gap flux-sensitive reading heads placed at the opposite side of the ferromagnetic construction as well, at the middle of the inter-pole gaps of the writing head, at that the windings of the flux-sensitive reading heads are connected to the additional input of the measuring and signaling block.
