Abstract
Описан усовершенствованный способ приготовления водки с высокими качественными характеристиками, который состоит в том, что воду смешивают с абсолютным спиртом, смесь обрабатывают активированным углем, после чего фильтруют, добавляют сахар, ароматические соединения и необязательно другие ингредиенты, и смесь воды и спирта после обработки активированным углем охлаждают до температуры примерно от -10°C до -15°C, при которой смесь выдерживают примерно на протяжении 4-8 часов, после чего полученную смесь фильтруют, постепенно доводят до комнатной температуры, к фильтрату добавляют ароматические и необязательно другие ингредиенты, и полученную смесь необязательно опять фильтруют при комнатной температуре перед разливом в бутылки.
