Abstract
A method for making sugar biscuits which includes making an emulsion of dairy products, invert syrup, sugar, egg products or phosphatides, a solution of a leavening agents, margarine or butter, addition of a mixture of wheat and maize flour to the emulsion, kneading the dough, forming and baking the ready products. The flour of whole grain of waxy maize in an amount of 15-45% of the total weight of the recipe components is used as the recipe component of the dough.
