Спосіб пластики пахового каналу при пахових грижах у хворих похилого та старечого віку полягає у тому, що після відсічення грижового мішка та ушивання його куксу переміщують в передочеревинний простір і підшивають за сухожильну частку внутрішнього косого м'яза.
