Способ хирургического лечения послеоперационных вентральных грыж, включающий рассечение кожи и подкожной клетчатки, выделение грыжевого мешка и вправление его в брюшную полость, обнажение грыжевого дефекта и пластику его сетчатым синтетическим имплантатом с последующим ушиванием операционной раны, отличающийся тем, что на расстоянии 0,5-1 см от краев грыжевого дефекта на всем его протяжении и далее на 3-4 см кверху и книзу от него производят с двух сторон дугообразные разрезы передней стенки влагалища прямых мышц живота и формируют карманы путем отслаивания стенки влагалища от прямых мышц, а имплантат размещают поверх грыжевого дефекта и в карманах и ушивают разрезы апоневроза узловыми швами с одновременным прошиванием имплантата.1.
