Abstract

A motorcycle with front container is provided. The motorcycle includes a frame, a first front container, a battery bracket and a battery. The frame includes a head pipe. The first front container is located on one side of the head pipe. The battery bracket is connected to the first front container. The battery is disposed in the battery bracket. The first front container is supported by the battery bracket, and has improved carrying capacity.

Description

Motorcycle with front storage box

This creation is about a motorcycle, and in particular about a motorcycle with a front storage box.

In conventional motorcycles, the front storage box is often mounted on the motorcycle body in a snap-fit manner. The front storage box is not connected to metal components such as the frame. Therefore, the conventional front storage box has a weak load-bearing capacity and is generally not suitable for carrying heavy objects. However, if metal supports are specially added to support the front storage box, it may affect the internal layout of the vehicle body and reduce the space for placing parts in the vehicle body.

The present invention provides a motorcycle with a front storage box in order to solve the problem of the prior art, including a frame, a first front storage box, a battery rack and a battery. The frame includes a head tube. The first front storage box is located on one side of the head tube. The battery rack is connected to the first front storage box. The battery is arranged in the battery rack.

In one embodiment, the battery rack is lockably attached to the first front storage box.

In one embodiment, the first front storage box includes an opening end and a terminal end, the terminal end is opposite to the opening end, and the battery rack includes a first connecting portion, the first connecting portion is connected to the terminal end.

In one embodiment, the battery rack is located below the first front storage box.

In one embodiment, the motorcycle further includes a battery support frame, the battery support frame is connected to the vehicle frame, and the battery placement rack is connected to the battery support frame and supported by the battery support frame.

In one embodiment, the frame further includes a main frame body and a headlight assembly bracket, the main frame body is connected to the head pipe, the headlight assembly bracket is connected to the head pipe, one end of the battery support frame is connected to the headlight assembly bracket, and the other end of the battery support frame is connected to the main frame body.

In one embodiment, the battery rack includes a frame, a side limit sheet and a positioning piece, the side limit sheet is U-shaped, two ends of the side limit sheet are connected to the frame, and the positioning piece is locked and attached to the frame.

In one embodiment, the side limit plate is welded to the battery support frame.

In one embodiment, the battery placement rack further includes a second connection portion, the second connection portion is disposed on the frame, and the second connection portion is welded and connected to the battery support rack.

In one embodiment, the motorcycle further includes a second front storage box, the second front storage box is located on the other side of the head pipe, and the head pipe is located between the first front storage box and the second front storage box.

The motorcycle using the present invention combines the front storage box with the battery rack, thereby providing sufficient support for the front storage box and improving the load-bearing capacity of the front storage box to accommodate heavier objects. In particular, the battery rack can not only support the front storage box, but also accommodate batteries, so the space for accommodating parts in the vehicle body can be fully utilized and the internal layout of the vehicle body can be improved.

Referring to FIG. 1 , it shows the appearance of a motorcycle M according to an embodiment of the present invention, including components such as a faucet 91 , a front wheel 92 , a rear wheel 93 , a seat 94 , and a power system 95 .

The motorcycle M includes a front section, a middle section, and a rear section. The front section of the motorcycle M is provided with components such as a faucet 91, a front wheel 92, a turn signal light, and a key hole. The middle section of the motorcycle M is provided with components such as a power system 95, a seat cushion 94, and a footrest. The rear section of the motorcycle M is provided with components such as a tail light, a rear wheel 93, and a fender.

The faucet 91 is used to control the direction of the motorcycle M. Functional parts may be installed on the faucet 91, including units such as instruments, switches, and rearview mirrors. The faucet 91 also has handles (including a refueling handle) and a handbrake. The user can control the direction of the faucet 91 through the handles, adjust the throttle angle of the power system 95 through the refueling handle to control the power output, and decelerate the motorcycle M through the handbrake. The faucet 91 may also be equipped with a main light, which provides the main lighting for the motorcycle M.

The faucet 91 and the front wheel 92 are connected via a faucet rotating shaft, so that the angle of the front wheel 92 can be controlled by rotating the faucet 91, thereby controlling the direction of travel of the motorcycle M.

The power system 95 is connected to and drives the rear wheel 93, thereby providing power to the motorcycle M and making the motorcycle M move forward.

FIG. 2 is an exploded view showing the main parts of the motorcycle of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an assembled view showing the main parts of the motorcycle of the present invention. With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, the motorcycle M of the present invention includes a frame 1, a first front storage box 2, a battery rack 3 and a battery 4. The frame 1 includes a head tube 11. The first front storage box 2 is located on one side of the head tube 11. The battery rack 3 is connected to the first front storage box 2. The battery 4 is arranged in the battery rack 3.

FIG. 4 shows the combination of the first front storage box and the battery rack of the present invention. FIG. 5 shows a partial cross-sectional view of the first front storage box and the battery rack of the present invention. With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, in one embodiment, the battery rack 3 is locked and connected to the first front storage box 2. In this embodiment, the battery rack 3 is locked and connected to the first front storage box 2 by bolts 39.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5 , in one embodiment, the first front storage box 2 includes an opening end 21 and a terminal end 22, the terminal end 22 being opposite to the opening end 21, and the battery rack 3 includes a first connecting portion 31, the first connecting portion 31 being connected to the terminal end 22. Specifically, in one embodiment, a bolt 39 is fastened to connect the first connecting portion 31 and the terminal end 22. Thus, the first front storage box 2 can be stably combined with the battery rack 3.

4 and 5 , in one embodiment, the battery rack 3 is located below the first front storage box 2 .

With reference to FIGS. 2 , 4 , and 5 , in one embodiment, the motorcycle further includes a battery support frame 5 , the battery support frame 5 is connected to the vehicle frame 1 , the battery placement rack 3 is connected to the battery support frame 5 , and is supported by the battery support frame 5 .

Referring to FIG. 2, in one embodiment, the frame 1 further includes a main frame body 12 and a headlight assembly bracket 13, the main frame body 12 is connected to the head pipe 11, the headlight assembly bracket 13 is connected to the head pipe 11, one end of the battery support frame 5 is connected to the headlight assembly bracket 13, and the other end of the battery support frame 5 is connected to the main frame body 12. In one embodiment, one end of the battery support frame 5 is locked to the headlight assembly bracket 13, and the other end of the battery support frame 5 is locked to the main frame body 12. The above disclosure does not limit the present invention.

With reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, in one embodiment, the battery rack 3 includes a frame 32, a side limit sheet 33, and a positioning piece 34. The side limit sheet 33 is U-shaped, and both ends of the side limit sheet 33 are connected to the frame 32. The positioning piece 34 is locked and connected to the frame 32. The above disclosure does not limit the present invention.

With reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, in one embodiment, the first front storage box 2 at least partially abuts against the top of the frame 32, and the above disclosure does not limit the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 5 , in one embodiment, the side limit plate 33 is welded to the battery support frame 5 , and the above disclosure does not limit the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 5 , in one embodiment, the battery placement rack 3 further includes a second connection portion 35 , the second connection portion 35 is disposed on the frame 32 , and the second connection portion 35 is welded and connected to the battery support rack 5 , and the above disclosure does not limit the present invention.

With reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, in one embodiment, the motorcycle M further includes a second front storage box 6, the second front storage box 6 is located on the other side of the head pipe 11, and the head pipe 11 is located between the first front storage box 2 and the second front storage box 6. In one embodiment, the motorcycle M further includes a speaker 72 (FIG. 3), the speaker 72 is disposed below the second front storage box 6.

FIG6 shows the width relationship between the first front storage box and the battery of the present invention. Referring to FIG6, in this embodiment, the battery width w1 of the battery 4 is smaller than the opening end width w2 of the first front storage box 2.

FIG. 7 shows the length relationship between the first front storage box and the battery of the present invention. With reference to FIGS. 5 and 7, in one embodiment, the end 22 of the first front storage box 2 is closer to the front direction of the vehicle relative to the battery 4. In this embodiment, the length of the first front storage box 2 is greater than the length of the battery 4. The first front storage box 2 covers the battery 4 to a certain extent.

With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 , in one embodiment, the motorcycle M further includes a maintenance cover 71, which is suitable for covering the battery 4. When the battery 4 needs to be replaced, the maintenance cover 71 can be removed and the battery 4 can be simply replaced.

The motorcycle using the present invention combines the front storage box with the battery rack, thereby providing sufficient support for the front storage box and improving the load-bearing capacity of the front storage box to accommodate heavier objects. In particular, the battery rack can not only support the front storage box, but also accommodate batteries, so the space for accommodating parts in the vehicle body can be fully utilized and the internal layout of the vehicle body can be improved.

In the embodiments of the present invention, the motorcycle defined in the present invention may include a fuel motorcycle, an electric motorcycle or other motor vehicles.

Although the present invention has been disclosed as above with specific preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention. Anyone familiar with this technology can make slight changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Claims (10)

A motorcycle with a front storage box, comprising: a frame including a head tube; a first front storage box located on one side of the head tube; a battery rack connected to the first front storage box; and a battery disposed in the battery rack. A motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 1, wherein the battery rack is lockably attached to the first front storage box. A motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 1, wherein the first front storage box includes an opening end and a terminal end, the terminal end is opposite to the opening end, and the battery rack includes a first connecting portion, the first connecting portion is connected to the terminal end. A motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 3, wherein the battery rack is located below the first front storage box. The motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 4 further includes a battery support rack, which is connected to the vehicle frame, and the battery placement rack is connected to the battery support rack and supported by the battery support rack. A motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 5, wherein the frame further includes a main frame body and a headlight assembly bracket, the main frame body is connected to the head pipe, the headlight assembly bracket is connected to the head pipe, one end of the battery support bracket is connected to the headlight assembly bracket, and the other end of the battery support bracket is connected to the main frame body. A motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 6, wherein the battery rack includes a frame, a side limit plate and a positioning plate, the side limit plate is U-shaped, two ends of the side limit plate are connected to the frame, and the positioning plate is locked to the frame. A motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 7, wherein the side limit plate is welded to the battery support frame. A motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 7, wherein the battery rack further includes a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is disposed on the frame, and the second connecting portion is welded to the battery support rack. The motorcycle with a front storage box as described in claim 6 further includes a second front storage box, which is located on the other side of the head pipe, and the head pipe is located between the first front storage box and the second front storage box.
