本發明係有關於一種透過手機掃碼,可以提高報工效率,以便於隨時掌握外包及廠內生產進度的報工方法。This invention relates to a reporting method that improves reporting efficiency by scanning a code with a mobile phone, so as to keep track of the progress of outsourcing and in-plant production at any time.

The outsourcing work order barcode includes the estimated start date of production, the estimated completion date of production, the estimated production progress of each part, and the estimated delivery date. The barcode generation module 4 transmits the outsourcing work order barcodes 41A and 41B to the corresponding outsourcing vendor. After receiving the outsourcing work order barcodes 41A and 41B belonging to the outsourcing vendor, the outsourcing vendor prints out the outsourcing work order barcodes 41A and 41B and affixes the outsourcing work order barcode 41A (or outsourcing work order barcode 41B) to an outsourcing work order 41C [as shown in the third figure]. Furthermore, the barcode generation module 4 will generate a work order barcode 42 suitable for different production lines in the factory, based on the factory's manufacturing process. Relevant work reporting forms and basic information can be imported simply by scanning the code, significantly simplifying the work reporting process, accelerating the reporting speed, and improving efficiency. Furthermore, work reporting is fully digitalized; during work reporting, the reporting server can manage required fields in real time, preventing any omissions of work reporting information. Online, real-time work reporting is also possible; production personnel can scan barcodes to report work at any time, updating production records instantly. This allows managers to easily monitor production progress and effectively improve management efficiency. In particular, when outsourcing vendors use the same barcode scanning system, it is unaffected by geographical location, distance, or time zone differences. Managers can monitor outsourcing vendors' work reporting information and production progress at any time, enabling seamless production management.
